Silent/Low Noise Series
  The SMJY series low-noise soundproof cabinet is a new product designed and developed by our factory after digesting and absorbing foreign low-noise soundproof cabinet technology. The synchronous generator with contemporary international level developed by our factory is coaxially connected with domestic and foreign brand diesel engines. The product complies with international ISO8528-1993 and national standards GB/T2820-1997 or GB12786-91, and has been put into the market in bulk.
Applied to places with strict environmental noise requirements such as postal and telecommunications, hotel buildings, entertainment venues, hospitals, shopping malls, industrial and mining enterprises, and living areas, as a common or backup power source.
This series of products not only has the functions of GF series or GFZ series diesel generator sets, but also has the following characteristics:
 
Structure:
*The whole machine is small in size, light in weight, compact in structure, and has a novel and beautiful appearance;
*The soundproof cover has a beautiful appearance, simple disassembly and assembly, and easy operation of the unit;
*Multi layer shielding impedance mismatch soundproof enclosure;
*Efficient noise reduction type with multiple intake and exhaust channels, providing the unit with sufficient power performance.
*A good ventilation system and measures to prevent thermal radiation ensure that the unit always operates at a suitable ambient temperature;
*The use of specialized noise reduction and silencing materials to suppress mechanical noise;
*Efficient shock absorption measures ensure the operation of diesel generator sets;
*The soundproof shell is equipped with observation windows and emergency stop buttons at appropriate positions, which facilitate the operation and observation of the unit's operating status;
*Automatic voltage regulator with good performance;
*Large capacity engine base fuel tank, capable of continuous load operation for 10 hours;
*The noise level has decreased to between 68dB (a) and 75dB (a) (measured at a distance of 7m from the sound source);
*Specially designed quick opening cover plate for easy maintenance and upkeep. The direct injection combustion chamber of the ultra quiet diesel generator set has high combustion efficiency and low noise.
 
This silent diesel generator set has a strong function of reducing bath noise. The generator set is applied in multiple industries such as hospitals and schools, adopting an integrated design and completely independent configuration, which can meet the electricity requirements of customers.
