Several safety issues of diesel generator sets

1. Insulation
When the equipment and facilities are not destroyed near the construction site, the temperature of the diesel generator set (without mufflers and procurement) should not exceed 140 ℃ to ensure the insulation measures for the unit's operation.
2. Dielectric strength
The electrical winding of the diesel generator set on each individual circuit between the ground and the circuit is subjected to a test frequency of 50Hz and a test voltage of 1500V. The actual sine waveform is better, and when the insulation dielectric strength test lasts for 1 minute, there is no breakdown or arcing phenomenon.
3. Insulation resistance
The insulation resistance between the ground and the hot state low cold circuit of the diesel generator set in an environment with an ambient temperature of 15 ℃ -35 ℃, 45% -75%, and not exceeding 25M Ω and not less than 5M Ω, and the relative humidity of each circuit.
Grounding device
The diesel generator set has good grounding.
5. Speeding
The diesel generator operates without damage at 120% of its rated speed for 10 minutes.
6. Overcurrent
Diesel generators can withstand an overcurrent of 150% of the rated current for a duration of 15 seconds.
