Explanation on the Electrical Characteristics of the Generator

The generator (electric ball) part is one of the important components of the diesel generator set. What are the electrical characteristics of the generator standard on the Shuangma diesel generator set?

1. The insulation level is "H" grade;

2. All wound components are made of specially developed materials and coated with special processes to ensure the operation of the generator in harsh environments. Specially developed resin based materials provide high processing strength and mechanical strength for coils and rotating components.

3. All generator windings are wound with a 2/3 pitch, which can effectively eliminate the third and multiples of voltage harmonics, making it the best design for nonlinear loads such as uninterruptible power supply equipment. When connected in parallel with the power grid, the 2/3 pitch suppresses the excessive neutral current that can sometimes occur with larger coil pitches.

A completely continuous damping winding reduces the oscillation during parallel operation of the generator. This winding matching with a 2/3 pitch and carefully selected poles and teeth suppresses waveform distortion of the output voltage.

4. The generator can operate at 110% overload every 12 hours for 1 hour.

5. THF is less than 2%; TIF is less than 50.

6. The brushless device and high-quality AVR ensure minimal interference during wireless transmission.

7. The standard generator is three-phase and can be reconnected to the 12 terminal heads connected to the cabinet. The terminal blocks are installed on the output board of the non drive end of the generator. There is AVR inside the outlet box made of steel plate, and there is enough space for users to wire. For ease of operation, the panel is a detachable panel.
