Normally, diesel generator sets for power generation do not include consumables when they leave the factory, so customers need to confirm that the consumables are sufficient to be added to the appropriate location before use. If you are unsure of the specific operation, you can contact the diesel generator factory, and the manufacturer's after-sales service personnel will provide technical support for everyone. Here are the sub items to note:
1. Fill the fuel system
Add clean diesel to the fuel filter, with diesel specifications that comply with national standards and local environmental requirements; Check the sealing of the oil inlet pipeline; Check and refill the fuel tank.
2. Add lubrication system
Remove the oil inlet pipe from the turbocharger, lubricate the turbocharger bearings with 50-60 milliliters of clean lubricating oil, and then reinstall the oil inlet pipe; Add engine oil between the low (L) and high (H) levels on the dipstick.
Equipped with an oil dipstick.
3. Check the connection of the air pipeline
Check the sealing of the air compressor and air equipment (if installed) as well as the intake and exhaust systems, and tighten all clamps and joints.
4. Check and add coolant
Remove the radiator or heat exchanger cover and check the engine coolant level. If necessary, add it; Check the leakage and cleanliness of the coolant.
At this point, the engine oil, antifreeze, and fuel have been added, and the test run can begin.
